About The Owner

Weldi Wagyu is owned and operated by David Weldi. David is born and raised in Versailles Kentucky and has been on or around a farm all of his life. From working on multiple different farming operations with his grandparents at a very young age to his first job as farm manager at 15 years old. His passion is cattle and farming. He focuses on producing his own crops and making his own feed for his cattle that is free of antibiotics and growth stimulants. All of his cattle have been raised on crops that are grown on the farm and in a stress free environment. All of the cattle are registered with the American Wagyu Association.
